Welcome to Parp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You may not create accounts through automated methods or impersonate another person or entity.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including reviews ("Parps"), comments, photos, videos, ratings, and other materials.

3.2 License to Parp

By posting content, you grant Parp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and use such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, including AI-powered discovery features and aggregated insights.

3.3 Content Responsibilities

You agree that your content:

• Reflects genuine experiences and honest opinions.
• Complies with applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.
• Does not infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Does not contain false, fraudulent, or misleading claims.

Coordinated manipulation of ratings or reviews is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, fake reviews, or deceptive content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
• Impersonate individuals or organizations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use scraping, bots, or automated access tools without authorization.
• Distribute malicious software or interfere with system operations.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload content that exploits minors or contains illegal material.

5. Parp Insights and AI Features

Parp may provide AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and aggregated insights based on user-generated content. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or endorsements. Parp does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Parp name, logos, software, platform design, and all proprietary technologies are owned by Parp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with such services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content, or absence of harmful components. User-generated content reflects the views of individual users and not Parp.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parp, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your content.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions will survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When material changes occur, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction where arbitration is not permitted by law.
